摘要
本文从医疗社会工作的特点和现状出发,阐述了我国医疗行业中引进医疗社会工作的重要性,讨论了培养医疗社会工作人才的可行性与必要性及目前面临的困难,提出我校在社会工作专业学生中培养医疗社会工作方向人才的方案与途径。
This paper states the importance of introducing medical social work from medical world according to its characteristics and status quo.It also discusses the practicability and necessity to train medical social work personnel and the difficulty we face now.The author proposes the ways to train medical social work students from social work major students in our university.
