摘要
通过对广州地铁公司发展目标的分析与思考,认为进行体制改革与机制创新,将广州市地下铁道总公司整体转制为"公司制企业",并通过股份公司上市,组建地铁集团是实现可持续发展的必经之路。
By analyzing and considering the development goal of Guangzhou Metro Corporation, it is recognized that the only way for realizing the sustainable development is to carry on the system reform and mechanism innovation to holistically transform Guangzhou Metro Corporation into company-system enterprise and establish Metro Group Company by stock company listing.
