次声刺激诱导大鼠听中枢FOS表达 被引量:3

摘要 用抗FOS蛋白免疫组织化学的方法,在次声(8Hz,120dB)作用2h后,大鼠耳蜗核、下丘、内侧膝状体、皮质听区等部位均发现FOS阳性神经元(FOSlikeimmunoreactiveneuronFLN);上述各部位FOS表达呈同步的时程变化,次声暴露停止后05h即有FOS表达,2h达高峰,4h开始降低,24hFOS表达基本消失。 To determine whether centralauditory pathways may be affected by infrasound,FOS expression and its relationship with survival time were examined in the cochlear nucleus,the inferior colliculus,the medialgeniculate nucleus and the primary auditory cortex.After infrasound (8Hz,120dB)stimulation for 2 hours,rats were sacrificed at different time and FOS immunohistochemistry was processed.The results indicated that FOSlike immunoreactive neurons(FLN)presented in these four regions;FOS expression showed time dependent,it was activated within 30 minutes,peaked at 2 hours and returned to normal at 24 hours following the stimulation.The present findings suggested that the centralauditory pathways were invovled in response to infrasound stimulation.
