硒对酒精中毒所致大鼠肝脏损伤的保护性研究 被引量:3

摘要 给大鼠喂饲酒精饮料中加硒,观察大鼠在饮酒期间体重、生存率及肝脏损伤情况,并检测脂质过氧化物终末产物丙二醛的含量变化。结果表明:长期大量饮酒可导致发育迟缓、肝脏发生严重的脂肪变性,并能增加大鼠的自然死亡率。从各组大鼠肝脏组织中脂质过氧化物终末产物丙二醛的含量变化看出脂质过氧化作用可能是酒精中毒所致肝脏损伤的原因之一。酒中加硒能明显降低大鼠肝脏组织中脂质过氧化物的含量(P<001)。 In order to study the effects of alcoholic injury on the rat liver and the role of selenium in preventing alcoholic liver injury,The rats drinking alcohol beverage with or without selenium in it were studied for observing their weight,mortality and the changes of liver tissues as well as malondialdehyde which is the end product of lipid peroxidation.The results showed that long large amount alcoholic beverage drinking could lead to retarded develpment of the rats,to increase the mortality and fatty degeneration of liver.According to the content of malondialdehyde in three groups(control 0 399±0 024,alcohol 0 582±0 0055,alcohol add selenium 0 485±0 0007.)we can speculate that lipid peroxidation may be the one cause of alcoholic liver injury.The level of malondialdehyde in the selenium supplement group was greatly reduced (P<001 compared with the alcohol group ),which may contribute to the rat mortality and liver injury not as severe as in alcohlic group.
