摘要
对市售的某消毒洗涤剂进行小鼠骨髓微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验。检测到其对体细胞和生殖细胞的致突变作用，并呈现剂量反应关系。
This paper reported the research results of mutagenesis of the disinfectant detergent assayed with the micronucleus test of polychromatic erythroblast in mouse bone marrow and aberration of sperm test in mouse.The results showed that the mutagenesis to somatic cells and reproductive cells has been detected under the condition of these tests.A dose response relationship was notice.It indicated the disinfectant detergent had mutgenicity.
