正交设计研究中药黄花远志的提取工艺

Study on Optimal Conditions for Extraction of Polygala fallax Hemsl by Orthogonal Test

目的采用正交设计法选择黄花远志的最佳提取方案。方法用甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯和水进行单因素实验，选择最佳提取溶剂。采用L16（4^5）正交实验设计对黄花远志进行回流提取。以提取浸膏干粉质量为评价指标分析回流次数、回流时间、料液比、溶剂浓度和回流温度5个因素对提取率的影响。结果最佳提取工艺为95％乙醇，料液比1：5，75℃下回流提取3次，1．5h／次，提取率为11．89％。结论该提取方法操作简便，结果可靠。

Objective To explore the optimal conditions for extraction of Polygala fallax Hemsl. Methods Various trials were conducted to extract E fallax Hemsl. with LI6 （45） orthogonal experiments. Results The optimal experimental parameters for extraction were 95% ethenol, dosage-liquor ration at 1：5, three-times extraction at 75℃, 1.5 hours for each extraction, and extraction rate at 11.89%. Conclusion Orthogonal test is convenient and accurate in extracting E fallax Hemsl.
