阿立哌唑口崩片联用丁螺环酮在治疗偏执型精神分裂症的疗效分析

目的研究阿立哌唑口崩片联用丁螺环酮治疗偏执型精神分裂症的疗效分析。方法共120例病人各自联用阿立哌唑口崩片和丁螺环酮，单独使用阿立哌唑普通片，使用PANSS进行评分。结果治疗8周后两组PANSS总分较疗前均有显著性差异（P〈0．01），两组的临床疗效相当，但研究组起效较早，所用阿立哌唑口崩片的剂量较低，不良反应亦较对照组少而轻。结论阿立哌唑口崩片联用丁螺环酮治疗精神分裂症的方法值得使用。
