生血宁片治疗婴幼儿缺铁性贫血201例疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of sheng xue ning pian in treatment of iron deficiency anemia in infants and young children of 201 cases

目的观察婴幼儿缺铁性贫血服用生血宁片的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法共263例婴幼儿缺铁性贫血患儿，随机分为治疗组201例，给予生血宁片0125，tid，po；对照组62例，给予硫酸亚铁片01，tid，po。均连续服用4周。结果生血宁片治疗201例婴幼儿缺铁性贫血患儿中显效138例，有效189例，显效率和有效率分别为68．65％和94．02％，与对照组比较（显效率69．36．有效率93．55），无显著性差异（P〉0．05），未发现有明显毒副作用。、结论生血宁片是治疗婴幼儿缺铁性贫血有效且安全的药物。

Objective Observation Clinical efficacy and toxicity of Sheng xue ning pian in treatment of iron deficiency anemia in infants and young children. Method 263 cases of infants and young children in children with iron deficiency anemia were randomly divided into 201 cases of treatment group, to give sheng xue ning pian 0.125, rid, po; control group of 62 patients given ferrous sulfate tablets 0.1, rid, po. Both for 4 weeks.Results The treatment of sheng xue ning pian 201 cases of infants and young children in children with iron deficiency anemia in 138 cases markedly, 189 cases of effective, efficient and have significant efficiency and 68.65% respectively 94.02%, compared with the control group （have significant efficiency 69.36% respectively 93.55%）, no significant difference （p〉 0.05） found no obvious side effects.Conclusions the effective and safe drug of sheng xue ning pian in treatment of iron deficiency anemia in infants and young children.
