系统地分析TPI型纱疵分级仪与国标GB4145-84《纱线疵点的分级与检验方法》间的差异和该仪器的细节纱疵分级原理,其中着重分析细节纱疵长度分级电路结构和分级过程,并进行消除该仪器与国标GB4145-84间差异的分析。
A systematical analysis is made on the diversity eliminations between TPI classimat and the national standard GB 'Grading and Testing Method of Yarn Faults,' The grading principles of snick yarn faults are also expounded, of which the structures of grading circuit and grading process are mainly involved for the snick yarn fault length.
