异位妊娠90例临床分析与护理对策

Analysis of 90 cases of ectopic pregnancy and nursing strategies

目的分析异位妊娠相关因素,探讨护理对策。方法对90例异位妊娠患者相关因素进行回顾性分析,并提出护理对策。结果异位妊娠部位为输卵管83例(92.2%)、卵巢3例(3.3%)、宫颈管4例(4.4%),主要症状:腹痛73例(81.1%)、停经59例(65.6%)、阴道出血60例(66.7%);出血量:轻度出血(<500ml)者59例(65.6%),中度出血(500～1 000ml)20例(22.2%),重度出血(>1 000ml)11例(12.2%)。结论临床护理应当注重异位妊娠患者的健康教育,通过术前、术中、术后系统护理,可促进疾病康复。

Objective To analyze ectopic pregnancy related factors and explore nursing methods.Methods 90 cases of ectopic pregnancy related factors were analyzed retrospectively,and to propose a solution.Results Site for tubal ectopic pregnancy in 83 cases（92.2%）,ovarian 3 cases（3.3%）,cervical canal in 4 cases（4.4%）;Main symptoms： abdominal pain 73 cases（81.1%）,cessation of menstruation 59 patients（65.6%）,vaginal bleeding 60 cases（66.7%）;Amount of bleeding： mild bleeding（〈500ml）were 59 cases（65.6%）,moderate bleeding（500 -1 000ml）20 cases（22.2% ） ,severe bleeding（ 〉 1000ml） 11 cases （12.2%）. Conclusion Emphasis on health education in patients with ectopic pregnancy,through the preop- erative,intraoperative and postoperative care system can promote disease recovery.
