When the oral dose was 4.5g/kg in mouse the weight of spleen increased by 25.8%;the amount of antibody forming cells (AFC) increased obviously. when the dose was 3.3g/kg,phagocytosis percentage and phapocytosis index of celiec macrophages increased by 98.42% and 100% respectively; the content of serum lysozymes increased by 81.07%; the Yigan Tablet at level of 0.25～1g/ml inhibited obviously on HbsAg in vitro.
