摘要
目的:研究缺血再灌注对微循环、血液流变性的影响及银杏叶提取物的干预作用。方法:复制家兔缺血再灌注模型。采用显微电视和微机图像处理系统对家兔球结膜微循环进行定量分析。结果:用药组在缺血30min、再灌注30min等时相,与对照组比较,其微动/静脉口径(3、4级)、微静脉流速/流量、毛细血管条数均增加(P<0.05),红细胞聚集、白色微小血栓等均减少(P<0.05)。结论:家兔缺血再灌注存在明显微循环障碍,银杏叶提取物有保护微循环的作用。其机制可能与扩血管、改善血液流变学有关。
Objective: To study the effects of ginkgo biloba extracts on bulbar conjunctival microcirculation in rabbit with myocardial ischemia and reperfusion. Methods: An experimental model of rabbit with myocardial ischemia and reperfusionwas produced. Using a system of videomicroscope and computer analysis, bulbal conjunctival microcirculation was studied in 25 rabbits, of which 10 wetetreated with EGB injection and other 10 controls with NS before acute coronaryartery ligation, 5 with no ligating. Results: In EGB group,the diameter of microvessle, blood flow velocity, flux of venules and density of capillaries increased. While diffusing distance, aggreation of erythrocyte and microthrombidiminished as compered with those in the controls 30 minutes after reperfusion.Conclusion: The rabbit bulbar conjunctival microcirculation may present obvious disturbance during myocardioal ischemia and reperfusion injury. and EGBhas protective effects. Its' mechanism may lie in dilating microvessles and improving hemorheology.
