全自动尿沉渣分析仪UF-100中细菌计数参数阈值的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究尿分析仪UF-100中细菌计数参数的阈值。方法:以462份住院患者清洁中段尿液为标本,以细菌定量培养为对照,建立ROC曲线确定阈值;通过拟合曲线确定细菌计数和定量培养结果相互关系。结果:以培养结果102CFU/ml、104CFU/ml和105CFU/ml为阈值,细菌计数阈值分别是5459/μl、6520/μl和8092/μl。不同性别、不同菌种阈值有不同。培养计数对数值(Y)-细菌计数值(X)的直线回归是Y=1.9302+0.0002X,对数回归是Y=-6.1412+1.1214×lnX。结论:定量培养确定UF-100中细菌计数参数的阈值,该值随性别、菌种不同而异。通过回归曲线及细菌计数结果可以预测定量培养结果。 Objective:To evaluate the threshold of parameter on bacterial particle of UF-100. Method:Urine quantitative cultures of 46Z samples from hospitalized patients were used as a reference method for comparison. Threshold of parameter on bacterial particle was determined by ROC curve. The association between the quantity of bacterial particle measured by UF-100 and the quantity of urine cultures was demostrated by regression curve. Results:The threshold of bacterial particle were 5 459/μl,6 520μl and 8 092/μl compared with culture at a cutoff of 10^2CFU/ml, 104CFU/ml and 10s CFU/ml,respectively. The threshold of bacterial particle were influenced by gender and species of pathogen. The regression curves of the quantity(X) of bacterial particle and the logarithm(Y) of the quantity of cultures were Y: 1. 930 2+0. 000 2X and Y=-6. 141 2+1. 121 4×1nX. Conclusions:The threshold of bacterial particle is determined by urine quantitative culture and influenced by gender and species of pathogen. The results of urine culture can be estimated by the regression curve.
