慢性前列腺炎继发性功能减退的心理相关因素及对疗效的影响

The research of psychological factors and their influence on the curative effect of secondary sexual function decrement caused by chronic prostatitis

目的了解慢性前列腺炎（ＣＰ）继发性功能减退病人的心理症状特点，分析影响治疗效果的心理相关因素。方法以９０例ＣＰ继发性功能减退患者为被试，用ＳＣＬ－９０及自编的一般情况调查表调查评定。结果患者ＳＣＬ－９０显示焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、精神病因子得分明显高于常模，病人配偶对治疗的态度和以上四因子是影响疗效的主要因素。结论在ＣＰ继发性功能减退患者治疗时。

Objective To understand the psychological symptom features of the secondary sexual function decrement caused by chronic prostatitis(CP) and analyse the psychological correlation factors that influence the curative effect. Methods 90 patients with the secondary sexual function decrement caused by CP were investigated by SCL-90 and general questionnaires designed by us. Results The scores of anxiety, depression, phobia and psychotism were significant higher than norm. The attitude of patients' spouse for therapy and above four factors were primary factors of influencing the curative effect. Conclusion In the course of treating the secondary sexual functiondecrement caused by CP, the patients' psychological change, and the attitude of spouse should be payed attention to.
