中药配合针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床优势分析

The Clinical Superiority Analysis of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine for Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:观察针灸综合疗法配合中药治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将84例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机平分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用针药配合治疗,对照组单独应用针灸治疗,观察其疗效。结果:两组有效率分别为95.2%和73.8%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药配合针灸治疗周围性面神经麻痹,疗效显著确切,患者容易接受,值得推广应用。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined acupuncture and medicine for treating peripheral facial paralysis. Methods：84 cases with peripheral facial paralysis were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group were treated with the combined acupuncture and medicine, and the control group only treated with the medicine. Results：The effectiveness of the two groups were 95.2% and 73.8 %, the treatment group curative effect was better than the control group. Conclusion：Combined Acupuncture and Medicine for treating peripheral facial paralysis is effective, So it is worth to clinical promote.
