潞党参和藏党参总黄酮含量成分的对比研究

Comparison of the Contents of Total Flavonoids in Codonopsis ( pilosula franch. ) Nnannf. and Codonpsis thalictrifolia Wall.

目的:对潞党参和藏党参的总黄酮成分进行含量分析并进行比较。方法:以芦丁为对照品,利用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮的含量。结果:潞党参和藏党参的总黄酮含量分别为0.0921%和0.0875%。结论:该实验首次测定了藏党参和潞党参的总黄酮含量,结果表明潞党参的总黄酮的含量是藏党参含量的1.05倍。造成两者有效成分含量差异的原因可能是地理环境和生长温度等差异所致。由于两者有效成分含量的不同,导致其药理作用也可能不同。

Objective：To analyze and compare the content of total flavonoids between Codonopsis（ pilosula franch. ）Nnannf. and Codonpsis thalictrifolia Wall. Methods ：The contents of total flavonoids were measured through UV spectroscopy as Rutin for a reference substance. Results：The contents of total flavonoids in Codonopsis（ pilosula franch. ）Nnannf. and Codonpsis thalictriflia Wall are respectively 0. 0921% and 0. 0875%. Conclusion ：The contents of total flavonoids in Codonopsis（ pilosula franch. ） Nnannf. and Codonpsis thalictdfolia Wall. are mearured and compared for the first time. The result showes that the contents of total flavonoids in Codonopsis（ pilosula franch. ） Nnannf. were 1.05 times higher than that of Codonpsis thalictrifolia Wall. Growth circumstances and temperature may cause the difference of contents. The contents may lead to the different pharmacological effects.
