千金子药名沿革考辨

目的:通过对千金子药名源流考释,辨析本药各种名称,为本药名称的规范提供依据。方法:研究分析古今有关文献,考辨本药药名的沿革以及古今出现的各种名称。结果:本药在清代以前,本草著作均以"续随子"为正名;清代和现代本草文献"续随子"和"千金子"作为正名并用,但清代以"续随子"居多,现代以"千金子"居多。异名由于对古籍句读方法和本药药名理解的不同,古今记载不尽一致。结论:本药当以"千金子"为规范正名,以"续随子"、"菩萨豆"、"千两金"、"拒冬"、"拒冬实"、"联步"、"拒冬子"、"半枝莲"等为异名,以"打鼓子"、"一把伞"、"滩板救"、"看园老"、"百药解"、"千金药解"、"小巴豆"等为各地俗称。
