火灾和气体保护系统(F&G)在消防、安全、工业过程控制等领域中已经得到了广泛的应用。采用GMR系统,设计基于PLC技术的F&G监控系统,利用PLC中以太网通讯模块实现了PLC和控制中心人机界面的通信,并使用组态软件编制上位机的控制界面,实现以PLC和组态软件构成的监控系统对油气田的消防自动监控和联动控制。系统达到了操作方便、性能稳定、自动化程度较高的控制效果。

The Fire ＆ Gas control system （F＆G） has been widely used in the fire control, safety and industrial process control etc. field. It is designed based on PLC technology and adopted GMR system. The Ethernet network module in PLC is used to realize the communication between PLC and HMI, the configuration software is used to compile control interface of upper position machine. It has realized the automatic monitoring and control by the monitoring system consisted by PLC and configuration software. The system is easy operation, stable performance, high automatic control level.
