氨水低压低温的传热传质研究

摘要 对氨水溶液解析—压缩制冷循环的氨水低压发生部分进行实验研究,并对该发生过程的多次实验过程进行了对比和分析,结果表明:饱和氨水在低压环境中能够在套丝网管中形成升膜解析出氨气并能释放出比氨气潜热大得多的冷量,通过实验发现通过节流阀单级节流作用和大温差换热的等温降压发生会得到与理论上相近的制冷效果。 The ammonia liquor lower reaction part was studied experimentally, several experiment process during the reaction progress were compared and analyzed. The result indicated that .saturated ammonia liquor during lower pressure can form rising film in silk net pipe and desorption free ammonia and released cooling capacity more than free ammonia hidden heat. It found that by flow regulating valve single stage restriction effect and the constant temperature decompression of large temperature difference heat exchange, the cooling effect similar with theory can be obtained.
