在分析了水电勘测设计企业拓展EPC业务的必要性以及水电勘测设计企业开展工程总承包增加的业务的基础上,提出了水电勘测设计企业拓展EPC业务所需要的管理能力。

Based on analyzing the necessary of hydroelectricity exploration survey design enterprise extending EPC service and hydroelectricity exploration survey design enterprise developing engineering general contract extended service,the management ability needed in hydroelectricity exploration survey design enterprise extending EPC service was proposed.
