就大型建设项目业主方对勘测设计方激励机制设计的总体思路和基本假设作了论述,对具体的激励机制设计进行了探讨,以激发勘测设计方的积极性,实现大型建设项目勘测设计方案合理性和经济性的统一。
It discussion on the overall thought and basic hypothesis of the encouragement mechanism design of the large construction project owner on the investigation design part,describes concrete encouragement mechanism design,so as to excite activity of the investigation design part,realize integrity of reasonability and economy of the large construction project investigation design scheme.
