摘要
结合近几年的工作实践和经验,对当前监理工作的误区和主要任务进行了分析,明确了监理单位的权利和应当解决的问题,以便参建各方认真履行职责,提高工程建设监理的整体水平,确保建设项目有序进行。
Combined with several years working practice and experiences,misunderstandings and major duties of present supervision work are analyzed.The rights of supervision units and problems should be solved are specified,in order to participated units to perform their responsibilities to ensure orderly running of construction projects and enhance the whole supervision level of construction works.
