摘要
为研究刀具磨损监测,在数控加工中心进行铣削实验,运用kistler三向测力仪测量铣削过程中的切削力和力矩。对切削力和力矩进行统计处理,计算切削力、力矩与铣刀径向磨损之间的相关性系数。研究结果表明,X向切削力与刀具径向磨损最为相关,其次是Y方向的切削力及绕Z轴力矩Mz。
In order to monitoring tool wear, we carried out milling experiment in CNC, measured the cutting force and moment of force by kistler dynamometer. We processed cutting force and moment by static, and calculated the correlation coefficient between cutting force, moment and radial tool wear. The research results indicate that the X direction cutting force is most related with radial tool wear, and the second are Y direction cutting force and moment of surrounding Z axis.
