摘要
针对过去多股簧绕制过程中各股钢丝受力不均等问题[1-2],提出了一套新的张力监控方案。文章以在多股簧加工过程中,实现对多股钢丝张力的实时监控为研究目的。采用研华5510系列、磁粉制动器、张力传感器等硬件设备并结合数字PID算法,研发了一套基于张力控制的闭环控制与检测系统,及多通道张力动态监控系统。在实际生产中,该系统使多股簧数控加工机床的张力控制水平有了显著的提高[3],从而大大提升了多股螺旋弹簧的产品合格率。
Based on several problems as the uneven tensions of tightwires in the processing of Muti-strand wire helical spring(M WHS), a new tension control and supervision approach is put forward. The research purpose of this paper is achieving the tension control and supervision in the processing of MWHS in real time. The Muti-channel Control Machine for MWHS is close loop system based on tension control and supervision, with adopting adam5510 series, tension sensors, magnetic brake,etc, and introducing numerial PID arithmetic, practical application have shown that this system enhances the tension control level of Numerical Control Machine for MWHS, improving acceptability rate of MWHS Substantially.
