摘要 CAD/CAPP/CAM集成是CIMS工程中重要技术单元。这里依据Pro/E提供的二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit,运用基于零件特征的描述方法实现了CAD/CAPP的集成,利用动态链接库(DLL)方式实现了VC++.NET的MFC类库对应用程序用户界面的开发,并给出了基于特征的CAD/CAPP集成系统的总体结构。最后对零件特征的识别与提取、基于关系数据库的特征加工链生成和CAPP工序图的自动生成等关键技术做了深入的研究。 Integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM is very important technological unit. Based on the Secondary Development of Pro/Toolkit, it presents the methods for the integrated system of CAD/CAPP utilizing the method of description based on feature. It also provides the methods using the Microsoft' s MFC to develop the window for the application program, and the overall structure of the integrated system of CAD/CAPP based on the feature is proposed. In the end, the key techniques to the part feature recognition and extraction technology, the generation of feature processing chain based on relational database and the automatic generation of the CAPP process drawing are deeply discussed.
