摘要
在车床上采用三爪卡盘夹持薄壁零件往往不能满足精度要求,需要使用六爪卡盘。文章介绍了六爪液压动力卡盘ROTA NCR的结构和性能特点,分析了薄壁零件的夹持变形问题。
The use of three-jaw chuck clamping thin-walled components often cannot meet the accuracy requirements in the lathe,need to use the six-jaw chuck.This paper mainly describes the structure and characteristics of the six-jaw hydraulic power chuck ROTA NCR,analyzes the deformation degree for the typical thinwalled components.
