摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压患者压力反射敏感性(BRS)的变化规律及其与病期、病情的关系。方法采用无创直立倾斜方法估测35例正常人及43例原发性高血压患者在被动倾斜前后的血压,心率变化。心电图上第30个心动周期与15个心动周期的R-R间期的比值(RR30th∶RR15thratio)及BRS值。结果原发性高血压患者BRS明显低于正常(BRS值分别为7.15±1.2ms/mmHg对12.5±4.8ms/mmHg,P<0.01;30∶15比值分别为0.997±0.011对1.101±0.089,P<0.05),且与高血压的病期、病情有一定关系。结论原发性高血压的压力反射敏感性的衰减可能发生在高血压前期,随高血压的发生而发生。 Aim\ In order to investigate baroreflex sensitivity(BRS) in essential hypertention(EH) patients and relationship between the baroreflex sensitivity and severity of EH.\ Methods\ Blood pressure and heart rate changes were recorded continuously the 30th∶15th R R intervals ratio and BRS were calculated during passive tilting from the supine position in 35 normal controls and 43 patients with EH.\ Results\ BRS is obviously lower in EH patients than normal subjects(BRS value was 7 15±1 2 ms/mmHg vs 12 5±4 8 ms/mmHg,P<0 01; RR 30th ∶RR 15th ratio value was 0 99±0 01 vs 1 01±0 09,P<0 01) and related to the clinical stages and severity of EH patients.\ Conclusion\ The attenuation of BRS may preceded the onset of hypertension. It was not only produced with increase of BP and developed parallel with it, but also related to the clinical stages and severity of EH.
