苯那普利对高血压早期左室肥厚和左室舒张功能的影响

Effects of Benazepril on Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and Attenuated Diastolic Function in Hypertension

目的研究苯那普利对早期高血压心室肥厚和左心舒张功能的影响。方法血浆肾素活性、血管紧张素Ⅱ及醛固酮的含量在治疗前后被监测。左心室肌重及心舒张功能用彩色多普勒心动仪测定。结果经治疗３到４个月，血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ及醛固酮的含量降低。室间隔厚度（ＩＶＳＴ）、左室后壁厚度（ＬＶＰＷ）、左室质量（ＬＶＭ）缩小。心房收缩峰速（Ａ）和快速充盈峰速（Ｅ）之比降低。心室舒张平均速和峰速值增加。心室收缩功能指标如ＳＶ，ＥＦ和ＦＳ无变化。结论经苯那普利治疗后血压。

Aim\ To investigate the effect of benazepril in left ventricular hypertrophy and attenuated diastolic function in hypertension.\ Methods\ Thirty three essential hypertension patients(WHO class Ⅰand Ⅱ) were treated with benazepril for three or four months.Plasma renin activity,angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) and aldosterone determined. The left ventricular mass and ventricular function were monitored by colour doppler cardiography.\ Results\ Plasma renin activity,AngⅡ,aldosterone decreased significantly. The thickness of interventricular septum(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall(LVPW),and the left ventricualr mass(LVM) attenuated. The ratio of peak velocity at atrial contraction(A) and rapid filling(E) declined.\ Mean velocity and peak velocity of diastolic parameters were increased. But the systolic indexes of left ventricle such as SV,EF,FS were not altered. Conclusion\ Blood pressure,left ventricle mass and the diastolic function were ameliorated after treated by benazepril.
