彩色多普勒血流显像在下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用

The value of the color Doppler flow imaging in the deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs

目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断价值。方法观察56条下肢深静脉血栓形成的彩色多普勒血流显像特征,并与X线血管造影结果对照。结果彩色多普勒血流显像观察56条下肢深静脉血栓形成部位与X线血管造影结果相符。不同时期的血栓回声及不同情况的血管阻塞彩色多普勒血流显像各有其特点,其大量而丰富的信息为临床的观察、诊治及疾病的预后提供了重要的客观依据。结论彩色多普勒血流显像与有创的X线血管造影相比,CDFI具有无创、实时、安全可靠的特点,是诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成的较为理想的方法。

Objective To explore the value of the color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） in diagnosis of the deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs. Methods The graphic features of the CDFI in 56 patients with the deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs were observed and compared with those of X-ray vasography. Results The findings of deep vein thrombosis in 56 lower limbs by CDFI were coincident with those by X-ray vasography. The echoes of the clot in different periods and the CDFI of vascular obstruction under the different circumstance were characteristic. Conclusions In comparison to X-ray vasography, the CDFI has the characteristics of non-invasion, real time, safety and reliability, and is effective in the diagnosis of the deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs.
