摘要
文章分析了梳针型主分梳辊的结构特点及性能,介绍了试验情况及相应的试验结果。结果表明:采用梳针型主分梳辊的FA116型清棉机其成纱质量全面提高,尤其以条干CVb、细节(-50%)改善最为明显。
The structure speciality and property of pin-type main combing roller were analysed. The detection and result were introduced. The results show that the yarn quality spun by adopting cleaning machine of pin-type main combing roller, is enhanced totally, especially the index of yarn evenness CVb and thin place （-50% ）.
