高效短流程前处理工艺探讨

文章对纯棉织物传统的烧碱氧漂工艺和新型练漂剂氧浴宝"一浴法"工艺进行了比较,重点介绍了练漂剂氧浴宝"一浴法"高效短流程前处理工艺的应用,并进行了工艺原理和技术经济的分析与比较。生产实践证明练漂剂氧浴宝"一浴法"前处理工艺具有节能环保,提高生产效率,保证产品质量的优势。处理后织物可以达到传统工艺的白度和毛效,撕破强力好于传统工艺。

A new scouring and bleaching assistant of oxygen bleaching treasure was applied in high efficient and short process of ＂one bath＂ treatment. The process was first introduced especially, then contrasted and analysed with traditional oxygen bleaching process with caustic soda from the aspects of processing principle and technical economy. The practice proves that the ＂one bath process＂ pre-treatment with oxygen bleaching treasure has the advantages of energy saving and eco-friendly, enhancing production efficiency and ensuring product quality. The whiteness and capillary effect of treated fabric reached the same level of fabric treated by traditional process, but the tearing strength was better.
