摘要
传统的牛仔布颜色过于单一,工艺流程长,废水难降解。通过对环保型RDT液体硫化染料的单面印制工艺探讨,结果表明,以RDT硫化染料单面印制,洗褪效果及各项染色牢度指标均优于传统的牛仔布染色工艺,且色彩丰富,符合环保要求。
The traditional jean has the defects of single colour, long process, low biodegradable wastewater. Through the discussion on single sided printing process of eco-friendly RDT liquid sulfur dyes, the result shows that colour fastness to washing and other index were superior to traditional jean dyeing process,and had rich colour, reached the demand of environmental protection.
