摘要
选择6个有酚和4个低酚陆地棉品种,组成6×4个不完全及列杂交,研究亲本及其组合的配合力。结果表明,所研究性状主要受加性基因作用;大多性状上,有酚棉的加性遗传方差较低酚棉起着更重要的作用;豫无13、河南69和岱16在主要性状上的一般配合力(gca)效应大,为较理想的亲本;各亲本在某些性状上均有一定的利用价值,也都有特殊配合力(Sca)效应大的优良组合。
Six commercially grown glanded upland cultivars and four recently bred glandless cultivars were crossed in an incomplete diallel dessign for estimaing genetic components,combining ability variance,heritability,GCA and SCA effects.Nine characters were determined,days from transplantation to first boll opening,seed cotton and lint yields per plant in gram,numbers of fruiting branches and seeds per plant,seed and lint indices,and fiber length in mm.The resules showed that all traits studied were primarily controlled by additive gene effects,especially the lint yield and the number of bolls per plant.The effects of non-additive gese differ in different traits.SCA variances were found to be more prominent in several traits but non-additive genetic variances were less extent in them.In majority of traits, additive genetic variances in glanded cultivars played a more important role than that in the glandless cultivars.Yuwu 13,Henan 69 and D.P.L.16 might be considered as ideal parents due to their high GCA effects in their main traits.All the parents might be valuable in breeding for certain traits.There were also sese promising combinations with high SCA effects.
