腰硬联合麻醉在经尿道前列腺电切术中的应用

目的观察腰-硬联合麻醉用于经尿道前列腺电切术的效果和安全性。方法将2007年10月至2009年10月以来的70例前列腺增生肥大患者应用腰-硬联合麻醉(CSEA),记录麻醉后测定起效时间、麻醉平面、镇痛和肌肉松弛、心率、血压、脉搏氧饱和度的变化。结果腰-硬联合麻醉(CSEA)技术以优良的镇痛、起效迅速、效果确切,用药量少,便于术中管理及术后硬膜外镇痛等优点。结论腰-硬联合麻醉(CSEA)可以安全可靠用于经尿道前列腺电切术,在经尿道前列腺电切手术中采用。

Objective To observe the epidural anesthesia for joint waist transurethral resection of prostate effect and safety.Methods Will be October 2007 since October 2009 70 cases with lumbar hyperplasia of prostate hypertrophy of the application of combined anesthesia epidural anesthesia CSEA （record）,after the effect--acting period,the determination of anesthesia, analgesia and muscle relaxation,heart rate,blood pressure and pulse oxygen. Results The epidural anesthesia （waist CSEA） technique combined with excellent analgesic,rapid,exact effect--acting effect, there is little,easy operation and management of epidural analgesia,etc. Conclusion The loins - hard CSEA） can be combined anesthesia （safe for transurethral resection of prostate,in the urethra prostate surgery.
