摘要
针对绞吸式挖泥船抛锚杆系统的工作特点,对其进行了受力分析,根据强度和稳定性要求,建立数学模型,将抛锚杆参数优化问题抽象为目标函数求极值的非线性规划问题。利用ActiveX技术进行Matlab/VB混合编程,从而将Matlab强大的数学计算功能与VB在图形化用户界面开发方面的优势有效地结合起来,创建了抛锚杆受力分析和参数优化设计系统。该系统为抛锚杆设计参数的合理选取和受力分析提供依据,较好地解决了传统设计中计算复杂、工作量大的问题,有效地提高了设计效率,具有一定的应用价值。
This paper sets up a mathematical model for the cutter suction dredger's anchor boom system and does load analysis according to its strength and stability demands. In this model, the anchor boom parameter optimization is reduced to a non-linear programming problem that evaluates the objective function's minimum value. The load analysis and parameter optimization system for anchor boom is created based on Matlab/VB mixed programming, using ActiveX technology. It combines effectively the advantages of Matlab's powerful calculation ability and VB's perfect graphical user interface development. So that the system provides the basis for load calculation and design parameters' reasonable selection for anchor boom, overcomes some shortcomings like heavy workload and complex computation in the traditional design and improves the design efficiency. Numerical example shows that this system has great application value.
