摘要
研究了棉花杂种和亲本在生化上的特性以及与 F_1优势的关系。在测定产量的同时采用等电聚焦电泳和 HPLC 技术,对 F_1 和亲本的过氧化物酶同工酶、种胚ATP、ADP、AMP 含量分析的结果表明:供试材料间存在差异,过氧化物酶同工酶、腺苷磷酸含量和产量三者的变化趋势明显一致。ATP、ADP、AMP 的总和与产量有较好的相关性。F_1和亲本的过氧化物酶同工酶、腺苷磷酸含量可作为预测 F_1优势的生化指标之一,对筛选高优势组合具有一定价值。优势组合的 F_1在上述生化指标上除需具有超亲优势外,还要具有竞争优势,这是预测和筛选组合的一个重要依据。
It is important to study the genetic and biochemical expression of cotton hybrids and their parents and the relevant F_1 heterosis in selection of higher hybrid vigor combinations and parents.The result of peroxidase isozymes and ATP,ADP,AMP contents in embryos of F_1 and parents analysed by lsoelectrofocusing and HPLC while determining yield showed differeces in various materials.By analysed sygnificant identical tendency existed in peroxidase isozymes,adenine nucleotide content and yield.A good correlation between the total contents of ATP,ADP and AMP wiht yield occurred.It is very useful in speeding up the selection of higher hybrid vigor combinations with peroxidase isozymes and adenine nucleotid contents of parents and F_1 as one of the biochemical index for predicting F_1's yield.Howerer,F_1 of higher hybrid vigor combinations are not only needed to possess super-parental heterosis in the biochemical index,but also super-comercial variety heterosis,which is an important basis for predicting and selecting good combinations.
