2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者尿微量白蛋白与冠脉病变程度的关系 被引量:2

The relationship between microalbuminuria and severity of coronary artery pathologies in tybe 2 diabetes mellitus patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的通过对2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者尿微量白蛋白水平与冠状动脉造影结果的相关研究,分析尿微量白蛋白与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法患有2型糖尿病的冠状动脉造影患者98例,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组与对照组,测定其尿微量白蛋白水平。结果冠心病组与对照组相比,尿微量白蛋白明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);单支、双支、三支病变组与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);且三支病变组与单支、双支病变组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿微量白蛋白与冠状动脉病变严重程度呈正相关,微量白蛋白尿是冠心病的独立危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between microalbuminuria and severity of coronary artery pathologies in patients with tybe 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart diseaseand (CHD). Methods Coronary angiographies were done and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) were measured in 98 cases that suspected CHD and with tybe 2 diabetes mellitus.According to the coronary angiographies all cases were divided into:negative control (no vessel pathologies) group (-35) and C HD group (n=63).According to the number oflesion artery CHD group were divided into:single vessel group(n=12),double vessel group (n=18) and muhivessel group (n=33).Compared the UAER in diferent groups. Results CHD group had higher UAER,the positive rate of microalbuminuria, high sensitivity C-reactive protein compared with negative control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion UAER increases in patients with tybe 2 diabetes mellitus and with CHD.UAER is positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery pathologies.
