摘要
利用不同生育期的陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutum L.)亲本配制了5个组合的 P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、B_1、B_2 6个世代。在世代平均值分析的基础上,应用多元分析法研究了棉花早熟性与纤维性状的遗传关系。早熟性与比强度呈显著的负相关,早熟性与其它纤堆性状间的相关不规律,因组合而异。典型相关分析指出,早熟性与纤维性状的相关主要是由生育期与比强度、腔/壁及麦克隆值引起,其中与比强度、成熟度的关系最为密切。灰色关联度的分析表明:与早熟性相关最密切的性状有纤维素含量和绒长整齐度。
Five crosses were nade by parents with different growing peroid and six generations (P_1,P_2,F_1,F_2,B_1,B_2) of each cross have been studied by mnity factor analysis on the basis of generation mean analysis in 1988.Earlineas was signifcently negative with fiber strength.Canonical correlation analysis showed that correlations between earliness and fiber properties were caused mainly by growing peroid and strength, lumen and wall thickness ratio and micronaire value.Among these properties,the fiber atrength and maturity of fiber were closely correlated to earliness.The relational grade analysis of grey system showed that traits closely correlated with earliness were cellulose contents and uniformity index.
