摘要 稀有放线菌是生物活性物质的重要来源。从抑制剂方面,介绍利用卡那霉素、交沙霉素和溶菌酶,利富平和新生霉素,白霉素、新生霉素和衣霉素等选择性分离稀有放线菌的有效方法。 Rare actinomycete is a rich source of bioactive molecules.The author discussed some approaches using inhibitors for the selective isolation of rare actinomycetes and introduced several efficient methods such as using kanamycin,josamycin and lysozyme in selective isolating Actinomadura viridis,rifampicin and novobiocin,kitasamycin in selective isolating Actinomadura spp.,novobiocin and tunicamycin in selective isolating Actinobispora spp.
