汞离子胁迫对伽师瓜种子萌发效果影响研究

摘要 采用不同浓度的氯化汞和硫酸汞溶液(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%)分别对甜瓜种子进行浸种处理,汞离子浓度较低时对甜瓜种子的萌发影响差异不显著;随着汞离子浓度增加,甜瓜种子的萌发率和萌发速度都逐渐降低。
