城市滨水地区开发策略的研究——以徐州主城区滨水地区为例

Development Strategy Research on Urban Waterfront——Taking the Development of Xuzhou's Waterfront in the Main District as an Example

作为城市生态景观的重要组成部分,滨水地区开发越来越成为我国城市建设中的一个热点。徐州市作为国家历史文化名城与生态旅游城市,正在积极进行城市滨水地区生态建设。通过对徐州市主城区滨水地区功能定位、开发模式、经济预测及景观构架的分析,引入"复合"理念,探讨城市滨水地区的开发策略,营造既符合自然生态功能又推进现代城市发展的城市滨水协调区。

As an important part of the city＇s ecological landscape,the development of the waterfront has increasingly become a hot spot in the Chinese urban construction. Xuzhou, which is one of the national historical and cultural cities and the eco - tourism city, is actively building ecological construction of the waterfront area. This paper takes the urban waterfront of the main city of Xuzhou as an example and analyses its function, its development model, its economic benefits and its land- scape. By the introduction of the concept ＂Compound＂, it explores the development strategy of the urban waterfront and tries to create a coordinated area of the urban waterfront which not only have the natural ecological function and also can promote the modern city development.
