新疆城市土地集约利用分析

The Intensive use of Urban Land in Xinjiang

近年来,随着新疆经济的快速发展,城市化、工业化进程的不断推进,大量耕地被占用,土地供求矛盾日益尖锐。在全面贯彻落实科学发展观、建设节约型社会的今天,如何集约化利用有限的城镇土地资源,是急需解决的问题。该文采用主要成分分析法对新疆近6 a城市土地集约利用水平进行了评价,借助ArcG IS软件,分析新疆城市土地集约利用水平的空间格局;从城市非农业人口、投入、产出与用地增长弹性3个方面分析城市土地总体集约利用发展趋势,最后提出了土地集约利用的对策建议。

The land is the basis of economic development, and the effective supply of city land is the important guarantee for urban economic development. In recent years, with the rapid economic development in xinjiang, urbanization,industrialization process in the continnus progress,a large number of cultivated land was occupied the contradiction progress,a large number of cultivated land was occupied the contradietin between supply and demand of land become increasingly sharp. Carrying out scientific developing idea and constructing saving society, it is the urgent problem of how to use the limited resources of urban land intensively. In this paper, Using the methods of principal component analysis, Spearman rank correlation coefficient and AreGIS,calculate the principal city of th intensive use of urban land points in six years, the municipalities of urban Land Use Composite Index, build the three -dimensional display model of Intensive use level of urban land,then analysis the characteristics of spatial -temporal variance of the urban land intensively utilization, Finally,analysis propose measures and advices.
