小柴胡汤治疗变应性鼻炎65例临床研究

CHINICAL STUDY ON THE TREATMENT OF ALLERGIC RHINITIS BY MINER DECOCTION OF BUPLEURUM

目的探讨小柴胡汤治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法用小柴胡肠治疗６５例变应性鼻炎，对照组６５例，口服扑尔敏治疗，并对患者治疗前后进行了变应原鼻粘膜激发试验，血液嗜酸粒细胞检测，鼻分泌物嗜酸粒细胞检测，鼻分泌物ＩｇＡ测定，鼻分泌物ＩｇＥ测定等检查，显示治疗前后均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５～０００１）。结果小柴胡汤具有抗变态反应、抗炎和增强变应性鼻炎患者免疫功能作用，并可降低患者鼻粘膜血管通透性和减轻鼻炎症反应。结论小柴胡汤是治疗变应性鼻炎患者的有效药方。

Objective To seek for a higher effective traditional Chinese medicine to the allergic rhinitis.Methods.The patients were randomly divided into two groups(each 65),one of which was treated with MDB and other with oral chlorpheniramini maleas.The provocative test of allergenic nasal mucosa was done before and after the treatment.The eosinpphilic granulocyte in blood and in nasal secretion,the IgA and IgE in nasal secretion were also detected before and after the treatment.Results.The effective rate in the group with MDB was 90.8% while that in the group with CM was 76.9%,between which there was a significant difference(P<005).The was significant difference in other test and detections before and after the treatment (P<005～0001).Conclusion.MDB,which can resist allergen,diminish inflammation,strengthen the immunologic function and decrease the vascular permealility in nasalmucosa,is an effective drug for allergic rhinitis.
