棉株内阿魏酸和绿原酸含量及其对枯萎病抗性的关系 被引量:11

摘要 抗病品种中棉12、86-1,感病品种岱15、豫棉1号在棉花幼苗三叶期用采自河南王屯的枯萎菌7号小种接种。在接种后48小时,抗病品种出现木质素前体阿魏酸的增加峰,最大可达4.27~6.68毫克/克干重,而感病品种在接菌后24~72小时,阿魏酸含量始终低于未接菌的对照,直到96小时才略有上升,最大位只有2.17~3.48毫克/克干重,表明阿魏酸含量的变化与棉花对枯萎病的抗性呈正相关。棉株体内酚类植保素—绿原酸的积累在抗、毒品种中表现亦不相同,在接种早期(24小时)抗病品种就出现了绿原酸增加峰,最大量为0.47~0.51毫克/克干重,感病品种在24~72小时绿原酸含量一直低于对照,至96小时才迅速增加,最大量为0.49~0.55毫克/克干重,结果表明,棉花品种抗感差异主要与这种酚类植保产生的量和速度有关。棉幼苗健、病株提取物可抑制枯萎菌生长,抗病健株提取物的抑菌效果优于感病健株,接菌后抗、感品种提取物抑菌作用减弱,并且抗、感之间差异减小。 The resistant cultivars ghong-12,86-1 and susceptible cultivars Deltapine 15,Yumian 1 were inoculated with pathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporumf.sp.vasinfectum(F.O.V)in their three-leaf seedling stage,peak of ferulic acid(precursor of lignin)appeared after inoculation for 48 hrs,in resistant cultivars,the maximum value of ferullc acid were 4.27~6.68mg/g.dry weiht.Content of ferulic acid in susceptible cultivars were lower than they were in control all the time during inoculated after 24~72 hrs,but they were appeared slightly increase until 96hrs,and with the maximum value 2.17~3.48mg/g.dry weiht.Amount of ferulic acid in various cultivars were positively correlated with resistibility of cotton cultivars to F.O.V.Accumulations of chlorogenic acid (phenolic phytoalexin) were different between resistant and susceptible cultivsrs.After inoculation for 24 hrs,peak appeared and with the maximum value 0.47~0.51mg/g.dry weight,in resistant cultivars.After inoculation for 24~72 hrs,content of chlorogenic acid in susceptible cultivars were lower than they were in control,increased raptdlyuntil 96hrs and maximum value 0.49-0.55mg/g.dry weight.The results showed that different resistibilities of cotton cultivars to Fusarium-wilt mainly correlated with amount and producing speed of chlorogenic acid.Extract of healthy and inoculated cotton seedlings could inhibit growth of F.O.V.The effect of inhibition in resistant healthy cotton cultivars were comparative stronger than they were in susceptible healthy cotton cultivars,but could be decreased after inoculation.
