现阶段大学生就业问题的理性思考

现阶段大学生就业局势非常严峻,应届毕业生就业问题已成为学生、家长及高校共同关注的热点。基于金融危机、人才培养、择业意识和教育观念等方面影响因素,深入思考了就业难的成因,并从政策导向、学校导向、毕业生就业观诸角度提出了若干可行性策略与建议。

The situation of graduate employment is very stern in the present stage. And the employment problems of graduates become the hot spot and common concern to the students, parents and universities. On the basis of influencing factors of financial crisis, personnel training, career awareness and education concept, the causes of difficulty in employment are deeply analyzed, and some feasible strategies are proposed from the policy guidance, the school guidance, the employed graduate＇s view.
