盐酸头孢他美酯片含量测定方法研究

目的：分析测定盐酸头孢他美酯片的含量。方法：利用高效液相色谱法。结果：该方法在O．04～0．4mg／ml范围内头孢他美酯面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系，线性方程为Y=3．289E-4X＋2．546E—1（r=0．999）。回收率为99．8％，RSD=0．52％。结论：方法简便，快速，准确，适用于该产品质量控制。

Objective：Deveioped a method for the assay of Cefetamet Pivoxil Hydrochloride Tablets for Injeetion.Methods：Usingthe High Performance Liquid Chromatography.esults：standard curve of Cefetamet Pivoxil peak area and concentration was linear in the concentration range of 0.04-0.4mg/ml, the regression equation ： Y=3.289E-4X＋2.546E- 1 （r=0.999）,the recovery was 99.8%, RSD=0.52%.Conclusion ： The method is simple , rapid and accurate,and suitable method is established for the quality control of the drug.
