左归饮加减煎剂对老年小鼠骨髓细胞微核形成的影响

THE EFFECT OF IUOGUI YIN ON BONE MARROW CELLSTHE MICRONUCLEUS FORMATION IN AGING MICE

目的研究左归饮加减煎剂对老年小鼠骨髓细胞微核形成的影响。方法老年小鼠服用左归饮煎剂三次后取胸骨制作骨髓涂片，在光镜（油镜）下计数嗜多染红细胞的微核数。结果实验组微核形成率明显降低，因此认为：左归饮加减剂能防止染色体畸变，抑制骨髓细胞的微核形成。

Objective To study the effect of ZuoGui Yin on bone marrow cells the micronucleus formation in aging mice.Methods The smear of bone marrow from the breast bone was made after the old mice were given modified ZuoGui Yin that was decocted for three times.The microuncleus of Polychromasia erythrocytes were countedunder the light microscope. Results The number of micronucleus in the experimental group was declined obviously. Condusion the ZuoGui Yin can resist chromosome aberration ,So therefore , can inhibit the micronucleus formation of the bone marrow cells .
