对强直性脊柱炎中医病因病机做了探讨,认为病因主要为风寒湿邪为患,重在寒湿,兼之先天不足。肾虚督寒、寒湿痹阻、痰瘀互结是基本病机,本质为本虚标实、虚实夹杂。

The etiology and pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis were discussed. It was thought that the etiology was the wind,cold and dampness,and focusing on cold and dampness evil,and the inherent deficiencies. Kidney deficiency, stagnation of cold-damp, phlegm accumulating with stagnant blood were the basic pathogenesis,in essence,asthenia in origin and excess in superficiality.and deficiency-excess mixing.
