体外心脏震波治疗难治性冠心病的现状与进展

摘要 近20年来,体外震波治疗有了突飞猛进的发展,已不断拓展应用于矫形及创伤外科,现今人们又在积极探索其在冠心病治疗中的作用。因为,冠心病已成为危害人类健康的重要杀手之一,虽然优化的药物治疗,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗及冠脉旁路移植术已使冠心病治疗大为改观,但仍有许多病人疗效不佳,失去治疗时机,不适合或经济上不能承受。
