摘要 地方院校是高等教育大众化的产物,是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分。作为一所公办民营的地方院校,如何增强自身竞争实力,实现跨越式发展,必须依靠人才强校来实现,而人才引进是有效提高人才队伍建设的重要途径。目前,随着地方院校学科建设和专业发展需要,我院的人才引进工作中还存在一些问题,如何解决这些问题,本文做了一些探讨。 A local college is a product of the popularization of higher education, and it is an important part of China's higher education system. As a local government-owned and civilian-run college, enhancing its own competitive strength and realizing leaping development rely on the strategy of strengthening university by talents, so talent introduction is an important and effective method of improving talent team construction. Presently, with the needs of curriculum and professional development, the article discusses the problems in talent introduction in our college and gives some solutions to it.
